Terms & Conditions
- 30 days advance notice is requested for homestay.
- Placement fee is non-refundable.
- Homestay information will be forwarded after payment and as soon as placement is found.
- The 1st homestay fee is to be paid to BEST Homestays Australia along with the placement fee and other options if requested. Each two weeks thereafter is to be paid directly to the homestay family and is payable two weeks in advance.
- Two weeks' notice must be given when a student decides to leave their homestay before the requested time.

Refund Policy
Homestay, support fees & tours
- 100% refund - Cancellation 14 days or more before arrival.
- 75% - Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival.
Placement & airport pickup
- No refund will be given
Group Fees
Group fees only apply to ten or more students with the same arrival and departure date.
Group placement fees are available upon request.
How to apply
| Step 1 | Complete the homestay application form |
| Step 2 | If you have requested a study course you must have completed the school selection application. We will provide a quote for the cost of the school fees. |
| Step 3 | Payment Details - we will send you an invoice with payment instructions. |
| Step 4 | Confirmation Information - once payment has been received and your homestay family has been chosen you will receive an e-mail of your family's profile. |
| Step 5 | Flight Details- When your travel arrangements have been finalised, please contact Best homestays Australia with your full flight details |
Additional Information
- Your first month's homestay fee, tuition and other optional costs (if applying for English lessons) must be received by Best homestays Australia before your arrival in Brisbane.
- All other homestay payments are paid directly to your homestay family.
- All fees are quoted in Australian dollars
- Acceptable forms of payment are: Bank Draft or International Money Order
A minimum of 30 days notice is requested so that we have time to match you correctly to a family of similar interests. Although it may be possible to place you with shorter notice we cannot guarantee you the best match, but we will make every effort to try and match you as close as possible.
